See all messages on a connected account in your inbox, not just campaign replies

What you'd be able to do

Turn on a setting in your Sendr inbox to see every message sent and received on your connected accounts -- not just conversations that started from a campaign. Your inbox becomes a single place for all your outreach activity.

Why it helps

Right now, messages you send or receive outside of a campaign are invisible in Sendr. You have to go back to the native app to find them, which means your inbox gives you an incomplete picture of what's happening. With this setting enabled, sales teams can handle inbound messages (for example, leads who message you directly on WhatsApp) right inside Sendr without switching tools. Businesses that route high-value leads to a live conversation can manage the whole flow in one place.

Today

The Sendr inbox currently only surfaces conversations that originated from a campaign. Messages sent or received on the same connected account outside of a campaign do not appear.
