Invite team members as workspace owner and change member roles to owner

What you'd be able to do
When inviting someone new to your workspace, you'd be able to assign them the Owner role directly. You'd also be able to change any existing team member's role -- including promoting them to Owner or adjusting between Owner, Admin, Member, and Guest -- at any time from team settings.

Why it helps
Gives workspace admins full, flexible control over team permissions, including the ability to transfer ownership or grant owner-level access to trusted collaborators without manual workarounds.

Today
The Owner role is not available when inviting new members or when changing the role of an existing team member.
