Edit scrolling in dynamic Background

Hi, the dynamic background is awesome, I would just like to be able to control it.
For example I want it to scroll down the page, then back up, and then stay there, instead of continously scrolling down and up.
It's more natural if it then stays on the top. A human wouldn't continuously scroll down and up.
