Custom URL Subdirectories

Feature Request

Allow user to map variables to the generated page via settings to construct the template URL

Example:
- sendr.page/01049/tim-cook
- customdomain.com/01050/tim-cook-apple
- customdomain.com/01050/tim@apple.com
