What you'd be able to do
When a contact replies asking to be removed, you'd be able to add them to a workspace blocklist in one click -- from the inbox, their contact record, or a campaign row -- and they would be suppressed from all future outreach across every channel (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more), not just the one they replied on.
Why it helps
Right now there's no reliable way to honour an opt-out request across all your sending channels. Manually deleting a contact doesn't prevent them from being re-imported later, and it doesn't stop pending messages from going out via other channels. A proper blocklist gives you a clear audit trail, protects your sender reputation, and ensures opted-out contacts are never accidentally re-contacted -- no matter how they entered your workspace.
Today
Contacts can be deleted, but deletion is permanent, leaves no suppression record, and doesn't prevent the same person from being imported again in a future campaign.
